I found it very interesting that the winner of this
years master tournament “Trevor Immelman” is one of the best at shot alignment that I have ever seen. On every
shot from the driver to the long irons, mid irons and wedges he would take great care to align is club to a intermediate target,
then align is body to the club. Sometimes he would do it over a 2nd or third time until he felt his alignment was
right. Most golfers would only make that kind of effort with the putter on the green. His efforts paid off, making him the
most statistically accurate shot maker of the tournament. This again reiterates the fact that golf is a target game, and shot
alignment is just as important as distance
